History of Complete Carpet Care, LLC
Complete Carpet Care was founded in 1998. It didn't take us long to realize that most carpet cleaning companies were not providing very good service and they did not seem to know much about carpet cleaning either.
We wanted to be able to tackle any problems that may come up, so we began, and still continue to get educated. Studying cleaning magazines, manuals, and networking with other professionals, we have learned everything about carpet and fabric cleaning. As a result, we began to solve many difficult cleaning related problems for carpet retailers, designers, and homeowners. Most other cleaners did not know how to solve these problems, so it created a niche for Complete Carpet Care. Over the years, we have continued to work hard, never forgetting our place....to provide outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
We have purposely kept the business on the smaller side. This allows us to be able to control quality and keep it very personal. Complete Carpet Care, LLC is small enough to maintain the highest level of service possible to our customers who we value highly.

Education
Complete Carpet Care is certified by IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration) the worlds recognized certification organization for carpet rug and upholstery cleaners.
We are also members of the WFCA (World Floor Covering Association) and the CFI (Carpet and Fabric Care Institute) and are involved with our industry and stay on the cutting edge of technology.
